Top 9 Allergen Free No Bake Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ¼ cup quick oats
  •  ¾ cup no sugar added sunflower seed butter
  • 2T maple syrup
  • 2T lightly salted roasted sunflower seeds
  • 2T Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the oats in a medium sized bowl. Add the sunflower seed butter and maple syrup and stir to combine. Stir in the sunflower seeds and chocolate chips.
  2. Roll the dough into balls and enjoy! Keep them in the refrigerator to store. If you prefer them a little colder, feel free to stick them in the freezer for 10-15min.
